Seasons Greetings. It's over!

Ah yes twas the season to be jolly. It has now ended, and life as we know it can resume to it's normal pitiful self. Do I sound chafed? Well it seems as I grow older the holidays cause more trouble than they create merry times. It really is a shame because I remember loving the Christmas season, actually winter in general. It makes me sad not merry !
Well enough of that... on with life...

And pictures !

Here's some pics from when UM and AS where here a couple of weeks ago...

Sad ;-(

Well I'm not a huge fan of DamagePlan but I've done my fair share of listening to Pantera over the years. It is a sad day for the music world to see a metalgod die for no reason. And exactly 24 years after John Lennon.

This is interesting... Kinda makes you feel like you're the ant in the universe...

Saturday Uncle Marty and Aunt Suzie came in to take Grandma to the cemetary and we went to K9 Caterers and bought on of those cat trees. So being we were right there we decided to go to the cemetary as well. We also took a ride over to see Sharon's mom. Anyway the cats seemed to like the tree, but not as much as I had hoped. I guess I was expecting them to like it like pounce... But it's not food or catnip so obviously I was over anticipating it.
Uncle Marty and Aunt Suzie came down for a visit for some cake in the evening. I guess they needed to talk to someone sane... ;-) only kidding. It was nice to have them over. I'll post up some of the photos later on...
Later on we went to home depot to buy a ladder for the house and some more decorations for the front. The ladder was expensive but we needed a good tall ladder. Most of the ladders they had were rated at 200lbs the few they had at 300lbs were kind of shabby so I decided on the Gorilla Ladder was the most usefull. It's one of those foldable jobs that have 4 positions and it has some kind of scaffolding mode also.
Sunday we decorated the from of the house for X-Mas ... What a job. It took all day and most of the night. I looks good though. I'll get a few photos here soon...
Anyway back to work for me...
